USEFUL TIPS FOR GOOD HEALTH

1. CURD (YOGHURT)
                      Curd has been regarded nourishing food, curd is very rich source of calcium. The protein in curd is more readily digested than the protein in milk. Curd has a nutritive content similar to fresh milk. The bacteria in curd make the skin soft and glowing. Curd should be massaged right into the roots of the hair before being washed off. It is eaten with both meat and vegetable curries with rice fruit. Many dishes are cooked in curd.

2. MILK
                  Milk is regarded as a complete food. Milk provide all the Calcium needed by an individual. Milk increases strength and improves memory and promotes long life.It is very valuable in sleeplessness. Before going to bed, a glass of milk should be taken every night. It acts as a tonic.

3. GINGER
                  Ginger has a great food value. It is available in two forms, fresh and dried. It is put in vegetables and the dried ginger for its flavour, aroma and medicine value. Juice of ginger with honey should be taken in case of cough. It is widely used in biscuits, soups and pickles. Ginger is also useful in menstrual disorder. it is a valuable medicine for disorders of the digestion systems.



4. LEMON
                  Lemon destroys the toxins in the body. It is valued for its vitamin C content. It is useful in strengthening the gums and teeth.
                  Sliced lemon should be rubbed over the entire burning soles and heals of feet. It keeps the feet free from pain. It is a good appetiser. Lemon juice prevents the deposits of uric acid. If you take lemon with food in a daily routine also saves from cholera.
                 Soak your feet in hot water and then a thorough rubbing of the feet with lemon juice. Lemon helps create youthful health. Rub dry skin with a fresh piece of lemon allowing it to remain overnight.



5. BANANA
                    Banana is one of the oldest trusts of the world. It is seedless, tasty and is available in all seasons. It is very hygienic fruit. Banana is of great nutritional value. It is a good source of Calcium. It gives quick energy. Banana also contains invert sugar which is good for youthful growth. Banana are of great value both in constipation and diarrhea. Mashed banana taken with little salt is very good for dysentery. Banana chips are made. Banana should never be kept in a fridge.

6. CARROT
                  The carrot is extremely rich source of vitamin A. They should not be peeled off. The juice of carrot is known as a 'Miracle Juice'. It strengthen the eyes.
                  Raw carrots are good for fertility. Chewing a carrot immediately after food kills all the harmful germs in the mouth.
                 Carrot may be eaten raw in salads and can also be used in the forms of juice or soups. In all carrots are very beneficial for our health.

7. HONEY
                 Honey is beneficial in the treatment of insomania. Babies generally fall asleep after taking honey. It can be easily added to the five meals a day. Honey is easily digested. Honey is one of nature most splendid gifts to mankind. It is beneficial in the treatment of anemia. It is useful in the treatment of wounds. It is useful in the treatment of irritating cough. Honey is specially useful in providing energy and heat to the body. It improves eyesight.
