EASY MICROWAVE TRIALS

1. METHI PALAK PANEER

INGREDIENTS Bunches of palak (Spinach) -  2
                       Bunch of  methi (Fenugreek) -1
                       Crushed ginger    - 1 tsp
                       Tomatoes Chopped - 2
                      Curd  Beaten       -   1/4
                      Turmeric powder -  a pinch
                      Dry methi leaves  - 2 tbsp
                     Chilli powder    -  1/2 tsp
                     Paneer            -       200 grams

METHOD- Wash, Chop palak, methi leaves and put in a vessel with little oil, add all ginger paste, tomatoes, turmeric powder, curd, and Micro high for  7-8 minutes. Now cool and blend in the mixer. Take out the paste, add paneer, salt and dry methi leaves and cook on Micro high for 2-3 minutes. It is ready to eat.



2.  STUFFE LADIES FINGER

INGREDIENTS Ladies Finger - 250 grams.
                         Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
                         Chilli Powder -  1 tsp
                         Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
                         Cumin Seeds       - 1/2  tsp
                         Asafetida (hing)  -  a pinch
                         Oil                       - 4 tbsp
METHOD -Wash and dry, make slits on the ladies finger. Mix all the ingredients well and keep aside. Take ladies finger one by one and  stuff all. Keep all ladies finger in a oven dish, sprinkle little oil on it, Micro high 5-6 minutes, and it is ready to eat.

Note- you can add  grated coconut in the masala if you like.




3. TOMATO PULAO

INGREDIENTS - Rice   - 2cups
                         Tomatoes Puree  - 1/2 kg.
                        Capscium 1  medium
                        Onion    - 2 Chopped
                        Cloves -  2-3
                        Fresh Peas - 1/2 cup
                       Bay Leaves -2-3
                      Butter or Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD -Soak the rice for at least 1/2 an hour. After 1/2 an hour, strain out the water, now pour little over than 2 1/2 cup (two and half) water in a dish than add rice to it and Micro high for 12 minutes or little more say 2 minutes more.
             Take another vessel, put cloves, onion, butter and bay leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes, than add peas, tomato puree, capsicum, and salt to taste in it and Micro high for 2 minutes, than add rice and mix well, keep on Micro high for 3-4  minutes. It is ready to eat. Serve hot.




4. INSTANT RAVA IDLI

INGREDIENT -   Rava (samolina) -  1 cup
                          Soda Bi Carb  - 1/4tsp
                         Curd  -  1 Cup
                        Coriander Leaves -  1 tbsp
                        Ginger -Grated Small Piece
                       Coconut Grated -1/2. Cup(fresh)
METHOD - 1 tsp oil in a vessel roast rava in Micro high for 2 minutes. Cool it  put curd, water and masala to keep it for few minutes, add little more water. Add soda bi-carb.
               Take a idli vessel (Micro proof) put 1/2 cup water in the bottom plastic tray and Micro high  for 2 minutes, grease idli  mould, fill 2tbsp of batter, cover with lid and Micro high for 2-3 minutes. It is ready.
