I am just thinking, when your food is not tasty what do you do. Perhaps then you want to add something interesting, pungent to your food to make it more tasty so that at least you can finish it. When these types of problems arise you think to add on something to make your food eatable and tasty.
So today I am telling you about these add ons. You can make these add ons instantly.
1. Onion in Vinegar
Ingredients: Onion- 1 Medium
Green chillies 2-3
White Vinegar - 1/2 small cup
Salt - pinch
METHOD -Cut onion lengthwise, chopped green chillies. Pour vinegar in a glass bowl add salt, onion, and green chillies in it, Wow! its ready to enjoy with your lunch. Superb in taste.
Note- Don't store it, whenever you want to eat, make it and finish it too.

2. RADISH ADD ON
Ingredients:- Radish - 1
Lemon - 1
Ginger - 1 small piece
Green chillies - 2
Salt to taste
METHOD: - Wash and peel radish, grate ginger and cut green chillies. Now grate radish too. Mix everything in glass or steel bowl. Cut lemon and squeeze it in the mixture, add salt sprinkle green coriander leaves on it. Now taste it, enjoy it with your lunch.
3. TOMATO CHUTNEY
Ingredients :- Tomato - 250 grams
Red Chilliy powder - 1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
Garlic - 2 Clove (1tsp paste)
Ginger - 1 small piece (grated)
Onion - 1 chopped
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Vinegar -1/2 Cup
Almonds - 1 tsp cut finely
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD- Put tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from water dry and remove the skin.Cut tomatoes in small pieces.Chop onion, garlic and grate ginger. Mix tomatoes, garlic, onion and ginger in a clean pan Cook, stirring, till tomatoes turn soft n thick. Add sugar and vinegar. Add raisins,almonds and cardamom powder. Cook further for 10 minutes on low flame,till it thickens. Remove from fire cool it and fill warm in glass bottles, Cover with slid when it cools.
4. MANGO INSTANT PICKLE
Ingredients :- Raw Mangoes - 250 grams
Hing (asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli powder -50grams
Salt to taste
METHOD - Wash, dry and grate mangoes, add hing powder, salt and red chilli powder in grated mangoes. Bottle it, and keep it for a day. Your instant pickle is ready to eat.
NOTE - If you want sweet and sour taste, You can add little sugar in it and keep it in the sun for a day................
5. BANANA MILK SHAKE
Ingredients: Ripe Banana. - 2
Sugar to taste - or 3 tbsp
Crushed ice - optional
Dry fruits - optional
Milk ( chilled) - 4 Cups)
METHOD - Wash, peel and chop banana, add all the ingredients and blend in a mixer, make it smooth.Wow! its ready to gulp it down.
Note- Please don't store it. Serve it immediately you can garnish it with dry fruits.
