EASY TO MAKE TASTY RECIPES

My Hello to All,
                         
                           Today I have planned  to show you how to make some very tasty and easy to make sandwiches.You know, when I am not in mood to cook, feeling lazy than first thing that comes to my mind is what to eat than the first picture that comes to my mind is of sandwiches.

I love sandwiches and I really try hard to add some more in my list.

So let's start-


                               SIMPLE SANDWICH
Ingredients:  Brown Bread  -   4  Pieces
                       Boiled Potatoes-  2 Peeled and cut
                       Tomatoes          -  2 Cut in round shape
                       Cucumber         -  2  Peeled and cut
                       Onion               -optional
Method-  Wash and cut  potatoes, tomatoes and cucumber keep in a plate separately  Take 2 pieces of brown bread, remove bread crumbs, spread some butter on it, now take potato pieces and keep on the 2 bread pieces than cucumber pieces on top of it, and tomatoes pieces in the last. Now sprinkle some salt, tomato chilly sauce on it. Cover the sandwiches with remaining 2 pieces of bread, cut sandwich with sharp knife in your desired shape and enjoy.

                                 POTATO N SABUDANA BALLS

Ingredients: Boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes - 2 -3
                         Small Sabudana (sago or tapioca pearls) - 1/2  cup wash and keep in a strainer
                          Whole wheat  crumbs bread - 2tbsp
                          Green chillies -  1-2 finely chopped
                          Green coriander leaves -  Chopped  2tbsp
                           Salt to taste
Method-  Add  the potatoes, soaked sabudana, bread crumbs, green chilies and salt in a plate or big bowl and mix well. And divide the mixture into equal parts  make round balls of it.. Now heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown.Take out from pan, and serve hot with any chutney or tomato chilly sauce.

                              VERMICELLI SWEET PUDDING
         
Ingredients: Roasted Vermicelli -  1  cup
                        Powered sugar  to taste
                        Cardamom powder   -1/2 tsp
                        Ghee or oil            -  1tbsp.
METHOD-  Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, add slowly vermicelli in it, add cardamom powder in it, and pour milk in it according to thickness you want. When it start boiling, close the flame, add sugar in it mix it. And it is ready to eat. If you want You can add dry fruit in it.

                           SWEET CARROT PUDDING (HALWA)

  Ingredients: Carrots Washed, Peeled and grated  -1kg
                         Reduce milk quantity, add CONDENSED MILK
                        Milk           - 1/2 litre
                        Cardamom  powder -  1tsp
                        Sugar to taste
                        Dry fruits Almond, cashew and raisins.
METHOD -  Keep milk on flame, add grated carrots in it. Simmer in milk, add cardamom powder in it  until the milk dries. Now add pure ghee (5-7tbsp) in  the mixture. Cook on slow flame until  liquid  evaporates. Cook for 10 minutes, now add sugar in it and continue cooking until done. Decorate it with dried fruits. You can serve it hot or cold. As you like it.

                                  POHA N  POTATO TIKKI


     Ingredients: Potato boiled  - 250 grams
                           Poha(beaten rice) -  2 cups
                           Green chillies      - 2 Chopped finely
                           Green coriander leaves  - 2tbsp
                           Oil to fry
                           Salt to taste
                           Can bake in oven also
METHOD Wet poha in running water, strain it. Mash potatoes add green chillies, coriander leaves and salt to it, now mix all together, make round flat tikki. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry till it turns golden brown. Ready to eat with sauce or chutney.
