ONLY - TIPS

Hello,

Creating a lovelier, more exciting and more poised you, is an art. First of all you will need a make up cape to protect your clothes at the time of make up and shower cap to protect your hair. So many things you will need when you start taking care of yourself.

So here are few tips on:-

                             SKIN

1. For dry skin, wash your face with the juice of melon, which is good for dry skin.
2. A mild skin tonic may be used after cleaning the skin.
3. You must preserve whatever natural oil your skin contains. It needs extra oils to fight out its dryness.
4. A good nourishing cream should be used twice daily. Keep your skin moist and greasy.
5. With a dry skin need a facial at least once a week. A dry skin demands tender care from you.
6. Over exposure to the sun further dries the skin, So always apply sun screen or use an umbrella to protect your skin from the sun.
7. An oily skin is considered to be an asset. Because of over lubrication of the skin, wrinkles do not form easily and oily skin does not get affected quickly by sunlight.
8. If you do not clean oily skin regularly, the dirt will close -up the pores and blackheads will be formed.
9. Oily- skinned people should wash their face with soap and water. For oily skin, steaming is an excellent remedy, as it opens the clogged pores.
10. Change of food habits can make your skin less oily. Fried foods should be avoided. Oatmeal is excellent cleaner.
11. An oily skin does not require any nourishing cream. An oily skin has excess oil which blocks a pore.
12. An intake of lots of water works wonders. Milk helps to get rid of blackheads permanently in some cases.
13. Buttermilk should be left on the face for few minutes and washed off with cool water.
       
                          CURING  SUNBURNS

 1. Sitting in the sun during winters and also going out in the sun during the hot summer tans your skin.
2. Soak cucumber pieces in a cup of milk for a few hours and then apply the milk on sunburns.
3. Potato juice is also good for sunburns.


                         STEAMING  THE  FACE

1. Clean  your face, before you apply any make up on it. Scrub your face with some mild soap, if you have an extremely dry skin, avoid using soap.
2. Steam your face once a week, it deep cleanse your face off dirt. Don't steam your face if you have sensitive skin.

                                  EYES

1. If you have dark circle under your eyes, do not cover them up as usually it makes them more prominent. Put a bit of shadow under the eyes. This will make the dark circles less noticeable you can apply little foundation too.

                           WRINKLES

1. Massage your face with upward motions. Clean your face before applying any anti-wrinkle cream you use.
2. Apply vitamin E capsule on the face, before going to bed. Wash it off with tap water next day.
3. Onion water is an excellent remedy for wrinkles.
4. Apply organic coconut oil on your face everyday, massage your face for 5 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water and don't apply any moisturizer .

                      HAND CARE

1. Your hands are noticed nearly as much as your face, So they deserve to be beautifully cared for. Hands need constant grooming to give the impression of a quality of loveliness.
2. Hands are the first to show the signs of age. If nature has gifted you with soft and beautiful hands, be thankful and look after them with utmost care.
3. Cover your nails with nail polish but do remember to remove your old nail polish.
4. Don't keep pointed nails, so keep your nails short and make them oval shaped.
5. Apply cream or organic coconut oil everyday  before going to bed.
6. For very rough hands, wet your hands and apply white Vaseline on hands overnight you can also add rose water to it.
7. White spots on nails are indications of ill health. Calcium cure split nails. Vitamins are good for nail growth.
8. Occasionally, dip your nails in warm olive oil. Rub your nails with a slice of lemon for removing stains. If you start taking care, soon you will be proud of your hands.

                             FEET

1. Take off your shoes and lie down. Put up your feet higher than your head. This gives tremendous relief to your aching feet.
2. Cold and hot baths also help the feet. Repeat the process several times to help the tired feet.
3. Massage your legs and feet after the bath. Regular exercises also help tired feet.
4. Rubbing with a pumice stone helps to eliminate calluses.
5. Dry your feet before cutting the nails, trim the corners slightly.

Note - If you want to have an infectious, sweet smile, keep your teeth shining. Rub your teeth with salt (once or twice a week) to keep them shining. Bathing improves the skin of the entire body. Having a bath with very hot water de-energizes the body. Add Epsom salt 2-3 tsp in your bathing tub, at the time of taking bath, clean the skin. After having a bath, and drying yourself you must apply a deodorant to remain fresh during the whole day.
