BEAUTY IN KITCHEN

                               Today I want to write about the hidden secrets of  beauty, which are easily available in the kitchen.Women are always looks conscious .They are interested in improving their overall appearance through the selection of make-up and wardrobe. Beauty, they say, is in the eyes of beholder but it also depends on the make-up. I am pretty sure, after reading this article, will help you to set up your own  planned  beauty routine  in the house, which is  far more effective and  far cheaper  than a visit  to a beauty parlour.
     
          These home-remedies are more effective than market brands. The last place you'd think of looking for beauty secrets would be your kitchen shelves. But that's exactly where you will find everything you need to complete your beauty regimen. Say goodbye to all, and go back to nature. So lets come to the point.

1. RICE FLOUR - Course rice flour is a great exfoliant. Make a paste using pomegranate juice, apply on your face and keep the pack for 10 minutes, than exfoliate with your fingers. For dry skin, simply use the pomegranate juice as a toner.

2. GREEN TEA - Now mix  this brew with grape juice to keep looking younger. Tea and grape together, these anti-oxident aid in cell regeneration.Use this as toner, once or twice a day.



3. GRAM FLOUR - It is an excellent base for face packs as it suits all skin types. Add a teaspoon of lime juice to the flour if you have oily skin. It is also a mild bleaching agent. Mix the flour with rose water to form a paste and massage it into your skin and wash off. It has gentle cleansing properties.



4. TURMERICTurmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and helps soothe the skin.It can also lighten the skin.You can also apply the paste to your body.It calms the skin.Mix the flour with tomato juice and half a tea spoon of turmeric to make a thick paste.Apply on your face and leave for 5 -10 minutes and wash off with luke warm water.It reduces fine lines and wrinkles.


5. OATMEAL - Mix some oatmeal with 1 tea spoon of rose water and apply on to the skin for 15 minutes. This ingredient is rather mild, it can be used as many times as three times a day.

6. CARROT JUICE - Make a thick paste of turmeric and the juice, and leave on for 15 minutes. But don't expect results overnight.



7. FACIAL SKIN - There are many simple items which can be used for nourishing the skin. Vinegar, fruits, vegetables, curd and buttermilk are some of them. A face-mask can be prepared at home with any of the above mentioned ingredients. Peanut, olive and almond oils are also used as facial nourishers. Melon, olive, lettuce and carrot are good for a dry skin. Most of the citric foods like lime, grapes, pineapple, apple, vinegar, honey and glycerine can be added to any face mask.
A. Massage tour face with upward motions.
B. Apply Vitamin E externally over the skin restores body moisture.
C. Mix onion juice with a little bit of white wax and honey to make an anti wrinkle preparation.
D. If you steam your face any type of cream will be more effective.
E. Laugh lines should also be massaged upward, over the upper cheeks.
F. Your body needs lots of fresh water as well as body and facial exercises to keep the wrinkles away.
G. You can also apply beet root juice on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Pat on some lime juice over it. Clean your fave with fresh cream. Finally, wash it with cold water.
