HEAD TO. TOE

How to start?  Just thinking about it, okay never mind when you think about your state of mind,personality, confidence and look, than you immediately start thinking how should you maintain yourself. See if the subject s a good one, you will feel friendly towards it. You should fill yourself with the idea, whatever you do, think well on it.
Well if the subject is powerful, thought is omnipotent. So stand up,be bold, be strong I have been asked many times how can work if we do not have passion which we generally feel for work. But I am getting more experience, I find is not true.
Do not think yourself as weak. Learn everything that is good from others,but do not become others.
Do not look back upon little mistakes. Fill the mind with the highest thoughts.Failures are quite natural,never mind. Do not repent,do not brood over past. Be free, and than have any numbers of  personalities you like.
So ladies and girls Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is ready. So look beautiful,awesome with little make-up or no make -up. So let's start with:-

HAIR:- Wash your hair thrice a week with a gentle Herbal shampoo or use  only  a mild shampoo,to give your hair a healthy look,don't forget to apply warm oil half an hour before each wash. Coconut oil is the best for gentle massage. Don't rub your hair vigorously Clean hair not only looks beautiful and sets easily too.

EYEBROWS:-Shape your eyebrows fortnightly. Your eyebrows need extra care and attention from you First timers please go to a professional , it is better to have them shaped by a  trained Edson in a beautiful parlour. Later on you can look after them by plucking the  extra hair or growth in the direction of its growth. Always apply cream or moisturizer eyebrows, so the skin does not get swollen.

NOSE:-Always remove black heads from the upper part of your nose.

NECK:-If you neglect your neck,it will show your age. So whenever you wash your face,wash your neck too. It should be kept as clean as your face. Apply cream on your neck before going to bed, make it a routine,and wash your face in the morning.
While walking or sitting hold the correct posture.A good posture adds to your total image.

ARMS:-If your arms are covered with hair, than you can apply wax regularly to get rid of  hair. If you have less hair ,you can bleach them.

ELBOW:-Rub your elbows with lemon regularly. You can also apply vinegar dilute in water and apply.

HANDS:- Keep your nails clean and short.Shape your nails,dip in warm water Massage your hands with almond oil or organic coconut oil. Apply nail polish on your nails, your hands will look beautiful.

WRINKLE FREE HANDS:- Take fresh banana peel it, rub it on your hands(inside of banana peel) regularly.It is very easy to repeat this,Whenever oh eat banana ,don't throw away its peel but us e it. It really works.
B-  Take warm water in a big bowl ,put little soap in it ,mix it in water ,remove soap and  keep both your hands in it for 15 minutes in it ,take your hands out  dry them nod apply cream on them .You can repeat it ice a week.It works.
Keep your teeth pearly white by brushing twice daily. Try using salt on your teeth once a week they will shine.
Keep a cardamom in the mouth after  finishing your food ,it removes bad breadth.

LEGS N FEET:-You should not neglect your legs and feet.Before going to bed soak your feet in the hot water,put some Epsom salt in it remove than soak in  cold water for few seconds. You can repeat it many times to help tired feet.
Massage your legs and feet with warm oil. Regular exercises also help tired feet. Don't wear high heels or pointed shoes
If you walk barefoot on the grass it also helps a lot.
