DIET N DIETING

Hello Friends,

    Today I want to disclose few Mantras about diet, I really trust you many of you even don't need any dieting. But you know, it is always good to know how we can keep our body fit. You look beautiful only when  you are  slim, as fat people don't look attractive. We should not take more calories. As most of our foods  contain proteins, fats and carbohydrates. These nutrients determine the energy of the food.

     You must know that every action of our body like walking, eating, sleeping, and breathing needs energy. I tell you one thing that if you want to loose wait, increase the output of calories. But the main cause of losing weight can only be your diet.




    If you drink and eat more, that is, take in more energy than you need all the unused energy gets converted into fat and is stored in the body.

   If your intake of food, that is energy, is more than you can use up, it gets stored as fat. It gets bigger and bigger and in turn you get  fatter and fatter.

   Overweight people have to strain more to do average jobs. These people look older than their age and they generally have backache etc.

   Actually if you really want to loose weight, you have to change your eating. If  you want to loose  weight quickly, you have to take less calories than your body needs, you have to count your calories intake constantly.

   Normally women need 2000 calories  per day, if you stick to the 1000 calories per day method, you will definitely burn your reserved fat and loose weight in a short time.

   You eat anything you like, provided your total calorie consumption  remains within  the limit, you have set for your self. Eat every thing you want to  but select low calorie items only. Take low carbohydrates diet method of losing weight, it also works. If you feel like eating a chocolate, it's okay but during the rest of the day please do not eat anything.



    One important thing:- check your weight regularly if not twice please at least check once a week, and note it down in your diary every time you check,and check on the same scale.Take 3-4 litres of water everyday,water contains no calories.Try to take raw and boiled vegetables, avoid fried snacks and vegetables. Take smaller  meals at shorter intervals.

    Fasting also helps in reducing weight. Brisk walking is also good to maintain yourself. Leave all your secondary habits, try to remain active all day.

    A good sleep is a must for everyone. Cycling, swimming are good exercises to control the weight.
Indoor games also good because you remain active. Household chores are enough to remain active.
You burn calories if you walk up and down the stairs for few times. Exercises at least for 20 minutes to burn your calories. If you go accordingly I am sure you will be a smart, slim, and a beautiful girl  or lady. Even the least thing well done brings marvelous results, therefore let everyone  do what  little he can.
