Beauty is always linked with face but I think differently, because beauty is God given gift but beauty and body both are maintained by us. If we neglect any one by not taking proper care than we suffer.
Believe me, we can maintain both by taking balanced diet, little exercise and by keeping our mind calm.
We can definitely get radiant skin by making certain changes to daily eating habits For example- Take orange juice everyday, it keeps your skin healthy. It reduces spots and pigmentation and many more problems at bay. Start your morning with this simple drink.
Before going to sleep keep one glass of water put 1.tablespoon of cumin (jeera) in it, keep it overnight. In the morning keep the liquid on medium gas, let it boil for 5 minutes, strain it and drink it on an empty stomach regularly for few days then stop it.you will definitely loose few kilos.
Now for my 'WOW' friends.
Please don't forget to exercise.
Drink 3-4 liters of water everyday.
Eat right food at the right time.
Always include fruits in your diet.
And always remain positive and calm.
